On walk in Grace helped me with my intake and pre-exam and was very patient while teaching me how to put in my contacts. Grace was called out to help another customer but Jillian was able to guide me through inserting and removing them for the first time and made it really easy. Afterwards Dana helped with the technical side of choosing my frames and placing my contact order. During the exam Dr. Wastani was kind, thorough, and made sure to answer all my questions. Overall, the whole team was professional, helpful, and made my first contact lens experience smooth.
